MyLife

I really enjoyed making this movie because i didn't have to research as much, and all i had to focus on was collecting pictures. In MyLife project, we had to make a movie about our life and add pictures and personal information. I also had to gather information about the prices in the year that i was born. The teacher required that you had to have the prices for gas, college graduation, bread, milk, eggs, new car and house from the year of 1994. I wish that we would of had more time for this project. Over all I'm glad that this project was the final.

Music Genome

I really enjoyed doing this project because I was able to learn more about my music genre. I chose 80s music because I have parents that always listened to it so I thought it was a good choice. The assignment was to pick a genre and make a movie on about what artist was well known and what started that type of music. First I had to make a powerpoint that had all the pictures of the artist and the information. After making the powerpoint I dragged the slides into Imovie. In Imovie I added music videos from zamzar and placed them with the slides. I thought it was a great assignment to learn more about how to use all the different techniques.

New Testament

I thought my groups project worked out pretty well. This project, we had to pick a subject and make a powerpoint about that class. We explained all the different things to expect from the classes and what teachers they might have. After collecting all the information we added it to I movie. In Imovie, we added music, video clips, and pictures to grab the viewers attention.  The most I enjoyed out of this project is being able to get out of class to interview teachers and students. I thought this was a nice assignment to gradually learn about imovie. I feel my group worked well together and finished everything on time.

PodCast

I thought this new project was rather easy and didn't take much of my time. I did not really enjoy recording my voice because I hate listening to it. In this project we had to pick a story or movie and basically make a commercial. We had to explain what went on in the story and the characters. After recording our voices, then we put it into garage band. Once we put the recording in garage band, we had to add pictures and jingles from the movie and place them into garage band. Once everyone was done we had to present. I really enjoyed listening to everyones project and see what different techniques they used.

Story Board

I thought my group did an excellent job with our storyboard. I really enjoyed working in a group because i feel it is less stressful and you can split up the work. In this project we had to chose a subject and make a outline powerpoint about what that class has to offer. We chose New Testament and explained what good or bad teachers that a student could have and explained what was required. The group decided to interview the teachers about what they expect from their students. We also added some PND quotes and advice for the incoming freshmen.

Name Project

I actually enjoyed doing this project. I thought it was a lot easier and had more time to get it done.  In this project we had to make a slideshow on I photo and add music. In the slide you had to have your full name and pictures that describes you and and what you enjoy doing. I decided that I wanted to focus on my favorite music, food and family vacations. In my slide I tried going for a spring theme and color. I also enjoyed picking out music that fit the theme. The song that I chose was Stereo Love.

Mail Merge

I thought the mail merging project will soon be helpfully with getting a job. I have never done mail merging before, i thought it was okay. Writing letters and excel sheets are not one of my strong points. In this project we had to make up recipients and their addresses. We had to record all this information on excel sheets and then we had to choose one of the names and write them a letter. In the letter I had to make believe that I was the head of the American Diabetes Association. I had to explain how I was helping with the cause and what I had to do to make it happen.
